JLL hires new Vice President in Dallas
Chris Higbie joins Healthcare and Life Sciences agency leasing team
DALLAS, Oct. 12, 2023 – JLL announced the newest addition to its Dallas office, Chris Higbie, who will serve as Vice President of Healthcare and Life Sciences on the agency leasing team. Higbie will play a pivotal role in helping clients attract and retain the perfect tenant mix for their properties.

Before joining JLL, Higbie had four years of healthcare real estate investment sales experience, resulting in $65 million in successfully closed deals, primarily in the Texas market. With more than eight years of corporate sales experience prior to that, Higbie applies the same consultative approach to his real estate advisory practice in order to develop unique and creative solutions for each client.

Higbie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Dayton.
