JLL names Kelley Sigl as new Senior Vice President

BELLEVUE, Wash. – Feb. 16, 2021 Sigl comes to JLL fully equipped with an extensive commercial real estate background both in Seattle and Bellevue and will continue to focus on tenant representation. 

Prior to her arrival at JLL, Sigl served as a Principal and was later named as a Partner of a notable, Seattle-based commercial real estate firm. Within this role, Sigl refined her industry skills through a wide variety of specialized tenant representation projects, ranging from servicing innovative tech companies, to nonprofit organizations, to government entities. Other past experience includes serving as Director of Business Development for PitchBook Data, Inc., and Tenant Advisor for another commercial real estate firm in Seattle’s Eastside.

Sigl is a Seattle native, holding a Bachelor of Art focused in Literature from the University of Washington. She currently serves as a staff member of the Puget Sound Venture Club (PSVC), supporting the early stage entrepreneurial community. Her previous community engagements also include coaching girls’ basketball and kids’ judo. Kelley competed nationally in judo through college, earned her blackbelt in 2003 and recently completed her yoga teacher training certification. When she’s not working, you can find Kelley teaching yoga in her backyard or road tripping to Montana with her rescue dog, King.
