Walker Pennington joins JLL Houston as Vice President
Pennington to further strengthen JLL’s Healthcare and Life Sciences team
HOUSTON, April 22, 2024 – JLL announced today that Walker Pennington will join the Healthcare & Life Sciences team as Vice President. In his new role, Pennington will focus on investment sales and tenant representation, leveraging his extensive network to drive growth and create value for clients.

Walker returns to JLL after a successful tenure at CBRE, where he spent two years honing his skills in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. Prior to that, he spent four years as an integral part of the JLL team, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and passion for the industry. Throughout his career, Walker has cultivated strong relationships with both local and national medical office building owners, earning a reputation for his strategic approach and ability to execute complex transactions.
